Service Agreement
- On arrival, a VIP Assist team member will hold a name board with the passenger’s name. Our greeter will be easily recognisable at the top of the jet bridge. Upon leaving the plane, passengers must make themselves known to our team members.
- Passengers will be transferred by golf cart (Where available)to the airport security point if the inbound and outbound flight is at the same terminal
- If the outbound flight is at a different terminal, a VIP Assist team member will escort the passenger using the airport shuttle bus to the outbound terminal, then assist through the security point to the lounge or the boarding gate as they wish.
